You can easily reschedule a booking to another date or time.
For group tours, the rescheduled booking will fill the available spots on the new time and open up the spot from the previous time. If all spots are fully booked on the new time, the rescheduled booking will increase the capacity for that start time automatically to accommodate the additional guests.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Find the booking you want to reschedule, open it and click the "Edit Booking" button
2. Find the new date from the drop-down, select it and click the "Save Changes" button
That's it! Your booking is rescheduled! If the booking has an email address associated with it, your guests will receive a confirmation email noting the date or time change. We recommend that you're mindful of your guests and agree on the new dates and/or times before rescheduling a booking. Contact us if you need help processing a refund.
