Communicating With Customers
Before a customer books one of your experiences, there is a number of ways for them to contact you with inquiries and questions:
- From your booking page on your website
- Through a contact form
- Through your AnyRoad Facebook Plugin
Once a booking request is submitted your customers can also reply to any of the automated email notifications they receive to send you a message. Your contact email and phone number are also included in all the notifications.
You can get in touch with your customers easily by responding to any of your messages via your AnyRoad Dashboard or directly replying to their AnyRoad emails.
Booking Page Inquiries
Your Plugin Booking Page includes a "Questions? Contact us" button that allows your customers to get in touch with you.
When clicking the button, a contact form pops out requesting information such as first and last name, email, desired dates and number of guests.
You will receive an email with all the information submitted with the inquiry. You will also receive the same message to your AnyRoad Dashboard.
From the "Messages" tab on your Dashboard, you can see all the inquiries and messages from your guests. You can reply, archive a message if you do not need it anymore or mark it as unread as a reminder to reply later.
Your guest will then receive an email with your message, including the information they originally submitted on their request. From this email they can book the tour directly, pay or simply respond to you by replying to the email.
