It is important to complete your account settings and to make sure they stay up-to-date for a smooth booking and payout experience for both you and your guests. Below you will find more information regarding all the details in your account settings.
You can go to your Account Settings by clicking on the arrow on the top-left corner of your AnyRoad Dashboard or the "Settings" tab on the bottom left corner.
Under " Settings" there are 3 categories. Please make sure to keep them updated:
Under " Account Info" you can edit the name, email and password associated with your account. Make sure you click Save so that all changes are updated.
Here you can fill out the information about your company that will appear when communicating with your clients: for example, your company name and logo, contact email, phone number. You can also choose if you would like to receive SMS notifications to your phone when receiving a booking request. Make sure to press the Save button when you are done updating your details.
Do I need a Business Profile?
If you are representing a Business, then it's highly recommended to fill out the details in the Business Information section. Keep in mind that this information will appear in your communications with your clients.
However, if you work as an Independent Guide and your clients know you with your name, then you might prefer to just keep the Basic Account information under the Contact Information section and skip this section.
Users and Permissions
For larger companies that require multiple login accounts, this is where the parameters for each account are set by the owner account. You can find more information on user roles here.
Updating your password regularly is important for your security. You can change your own password directly from your Dashboard, under Account Info. Once you update your password, make sure to Save.
