Account Settings

Completing your AnyRoad account settings and making sure they stay up-to-date is crucial for a smooth booking and payout experience, for both you and your guests. 

To update your account settings, navigate to your Settings tab by clicking on the downward arrow on the top-left corner of your AnyRoad Dashboard, or select Settings on your navigation bar.

In Settings there are 3 categories:

  • Account Info
  • Business Profile
  • Users and Permissions

Account Info

Under Account Info, you can edit the name, email, and password associated with your account. Make sure you click on Save so that all changes are updated. You can find more information on how to change your password here.

Business Profile

Apart from your account settings, it is highly recommended to fill out the details in the Business Information section. Keep in mind that this information will appear in your communications with your guests. Your company name and logo, contact email and phone number can all be updated here. 

You can also choose if you would like to receive SMS messages when receiving a booking request in this section, as well as update your contact preferences. Make sure to press the Save button when you are done updating your information.

Users and Permissions

Under Users and Permissions, the account owner of your business can set the parameters for each separate user account that is set up for your staff.
