It is important to complete your account settings and to make sure they stay up-to-date for a smooth booking and payout experience for both you and your guests. Here is a quick guide on how and where you can update your settings.
Click on the arrow on the top-left corner of your AnyRoad Dashboard to go to your Account Settings or click on the "Settings" tab
Under " Settings" there are 5 categories, please make sure to keep them updated:
Under "Account Info" you can edit the name, email, and password associated with your account.
Here you can fill out the information about your Company that will appear when communicating with your clients, like your Company Name and logo, contact email, phone number, etc. You can also choose if you would like to receive SMS notifications to your phone when receiving a booking request. Make sure to press the Save button when you are done updating your details.
Do I need a Business Profile?
If you are representing a Business, then it's highly recommended to fill out the Business Profile Section. However, if you are working as an Independent Guide and your clients know with your name, then you might prefer to just keep the Basic Account information and skip this section.
Users and Permissions
For larger companies that require multiple login accounts, this is where the parameters for each account are set. For more information click HERE.
Updating your password regularly is important for your security. You can change your own password directly from your Dashboard, under Account Info. Once you update your password, make sure to Save.
One of the most important account settings is your Payout Preferences because this is where you tell us how you would like to be paid. Make sure to set up your payments in time so we can pay you out when you accept your first booking. We currently offer our partners 4 methods of receiving their payments to choose from:
- Bank Transfer
Once you select the method that suits you best, make sure to Save.

Please note that weekly Payouts are supported only for US accounts.
