Account Settings

It is important to complete your AnyRoad account settings and to make sure they stay up-to-date for a smooth booking and payout experience for both you and your guests. Below you will find more information regarding all the details in your account settings.

You can go to your Account Settings by clicking on the downward arrow on the top-left corner of your AnyRoad Dashboard or the "Settings" tab on the bottom left corner.

Under Settings there are 3 categories:

  • Account Info
  • Business Profile
  • Users and Permissions

Account Info

Under Account Info, you can edit the name, the email, and the password associated with your account. Make sure you click on Save so that all changes are updated. You can find more information on how to change your password here.

Business Profile

If you are representing a Business, then it is highly recommended to fill out the details in the Business Information section. Keep in mind that this information will appear in your communications with your guests; for example, your company name and logo, contact email, phone number. In this section, you can also choose if you would like to receive SMS notifications to your phone when receiving a booking request. Make sure to press the Save button when you are done updating everything.

However, if you work as an Independent Guide and your guests know you with your name, then you might prefer to just keep the Basic Account information under the  Contact Information section and skip the Business Information section. 

Users and Permissions

For larger companies that require multiple login accounts, this is where the parameters for each account are set by the owner account. You can find more information on user roles here.
