Adjusting Total Guests & Items On Bookings

In your AnyRoad Dashboard you can edit bookings in terms of adding or removing guests and/or additional items from existing bookings and charge or refund your guests accordingly by following the below steps.

Locate the booking by searching in the search bar with either the booking ID number, guest name, or email.

          

From the specific booking page, click on the Edit Booking button on the bottom left of the page and adjust the number of guests, the start date and/or time of the experience, or the addons.

        

Adding or removing guests or addons from existing bookings will automatically charge or refund your quests. The booking is updated immediately and an updated confirmation email is sent to the guest as well. 

Important note: At the moment, this tool can only be used for online bookings without deposits or tiered pricing. Additional functionality will be added soon.
