Our new Feedback Filters help you and your Marketing Team segment your data instantly and analyze your NPS for each activity individually. Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the overall willingness of customers to recommend your brand to others. The score is measured on a scale from -100 to 100.
Along with that, you're also able to sort your responses based on a specific time range and get more granular results for all guest feedback.
