Advanced Tour Customizations
Over the past few months, a number of advanced customizations have been brought on your end of the AnyRoad Dashboard.
- Kid Pricing/Variable Pricing Editing
- Tour Descriptions Supporting Rich Text Editing (HTML)
- Advanced Booking Confirmation Settings
- Online Booking Window Settings
- Archiving Tours
Pricing Options (Kid Pricing/Variable Pricing Editing): you can now customize your pricing directly via your Dashboard. To do so, log in to your account > click on Tours > click on Edit > click on Pricing.
You will be able to edit all the categories you have requested on your account. If you'd like to set up any additional pricing categories, please, contact our Support Team or your Account Manager.
Tour Descriptions Supporting Rich Text Editing (HTML): your experience description can be formatted to your preferences, directly from your Dashboard. From making items bold, italic or underlined to adding hyperlinks and ordered/unordered lists.
To edit your activity descriptions, log in to your account > click on Tours > click on Edit > scroll down on About the Tour and you'll find the following section.
Customized Confirmation and Reminder emails
Online Booking Window Settings: you can adjust your booking preferences straight from your Dashboard in only a few simple steps. Here's how: log in to your account > click on Tours > click on Edit > then click on Advanced Settings > Booking Preferences.
Advanced Booking Confirmation Settings: when a booking is confirmed, your guests receive a confirmation email with the booking details and payment receipt (as applicable).
You can choose to add custom content to your emails if you want to include special instructions or any other information that might be relevant to the guests. To do that, log in to your account > click on Tours > click on Edit > then click on Advanced Settings > Email Customizations.
Archiving Tours: if you have any inactive experiences you no longer need, you can archive them temporarily to declutter your Tours tab.
You can easily move experiences between Active and Archived directly via your Dashboard, as needed.
