Please, keep in mind that:
- Once a refund is processed, it cannot be reverted.
- All AnyRoad User Levels (except Data Analysts) can manage bookings and process cancellations and refunds.
- Refunds for activities with deposits cannot be done via the Dashboard. If you're interested to process such a refund, you need to contact our Customer Experience Team.
- Similarly, if you're interested in processing a refund for a specific amount without canceling a tour, you need to contact our Customer Experience Team.
