Guest Check-Ins

If you want to keep track of the exact number of guests who attend your experiences over the number of booked guests, you can use our check-in feature upon their arrival.

To do so, you need to locate the specific slot you are interested in on the Calendar and open it:

On the day of the experience, the Check-in button will automatically appear on the booking view for all active bookings.  

When you click the Check-in button, a pop-up option appears with the Booking ID and guest name. Here you can choose to Check-in All guests or Check-in a specific number of guests. 

If you click on Check-in, you have the option to choose only the number of guests that attended (for example, 6 out of 6 guests). 

If the experience is set up with pricing categories or the guest has also purchased an add-on, the check-in pop-up will reflect that. The Check-in all option, if selected, will also include the add-ons.                                                                             

Once the check-in is complete, make sure to click on Done. Then, on the top right corner, you will see both the total number of guests and add-ons that have been checked in.  


If you make a mistake and need to edit the number of check-ins, you can do so via the Dashboard or Front Desk. 

Keep in mind that you can edit the check-ins up to 1 day after the scheduled experience via Front Desk, unlike the Dashboard, which allows you to edit the check-ins without time restrictions.

After you make the necessary edits, please refresh the page so that the slot check-ins are updated.
