Weekends busy, but weekdays slow? Use “Capacity Utilization” in your Insights Dashboard to balance supply and demand.
1. Find your slowest times (Tue, Thu 11 am; Thu 12:30 pm):

3. Bonus: Use the Book Ahead window in your Insights dashboard to plan how far in advance you should share these codes.
In this example, we recommend marketing on Thursday mornings from 9–12 pm, about 5 days in advance of the less frequently booked tours on Tuesdays. Plan to market experiences during the most popular online booking times in your Dashboard.
