How to Reschedule/Cancel Your Booking

When you submit a booking request from a business that is using AnyRoad, you receive a confirmation email with details about your booking and the experience you have just booked, as well as information about your purchase transaction.

Here is an example of a confirmation email:

Your confirmation email may also contain a link that allows you to reschedule or cancel your booking directly.

Clicking on that link will take you to a new page with information about your booking along with a reschedule link. When you click on that link, you will be able to reschedule your booking and in some cases (depending on the company's cancellation policy), cancel your booking directly.

Important note: This button may be greyed out if you try to cancel or edit your booking at a time outside the specified rescheduling/cancellation policy. If this is the case, press on the 'contact us' option and you will be able to connect for assistance.
