AnyRoad's Additional Feedback Questions help you gain in-depth insight into specific questions you might like to ask your guests post-visit.
We currently support the following 4 types of questions:
- Text input: Ask a wide variety of questions to guests. Answers may include any combination of characters and both short or longer answers are supported.
- Radio buttons: Ask a question where guests can choose their answer between a pre-defined set of answers.
- Drop-down list: Ask a closed-ended question that allows guests to choose one answer from a list of choices presented in a dropdown format.
- Multi-select list: Ask an open-ended question that allows guests to select more than one answer.
Guests will see these additional questions on the feedback landing page, where they can respond and give their experience rating.
All the questions added for post-visits are optional, meaning guests can still submit their experience and resource rating without having to respond to each question.
We recommend adding a maximum of 4 additional questions per experience to maximize your response rate since all questions will appear in a single-page survey format (see example above).
Keep in mind that if you offer experiences in Spanish, Swedish, Japanese, French/Canadian, or German, the Additional Feedback Questions can be translated to your preferences.
