Updating your password regularly is an important step in keeping your account secure.
You can change your password directly from your Dashboard by going to Settings > Account Info.
Click on Change Password, update your password in the pop-up window, and then make sure to press Save.
If you have forgotten your password and you cannot sign into your account, you can easily reset your password.
Simply, click on Forgot your Password? on the log-in page:
Enter your email address in the field and click on Send Reset Link:
This will trigger an automated email to the address connected with your AnyRoad account. Follow the steps in the email and create a new password for your AnyRoad account.
Too many failed attempts to access your account will result in your account being temporarily locked. In this case, contact the Customer Experience team for assistance in enabling your account again.
Important Note: Please make sure that your new password includes at least one upper case and one lower case letter, a number, or a symbol, and consists of at least 8 characters.
