Bookings can be rescheduled to another date or time easily from your Dashboard.
For booking with multiple guests, the rescheduled booking will fill the available spots at the new time and open up availability again on the previously taken spots and time. If all spots are fully booked for the newly rescheduled time, the booking will increase the capacity for that start time automatically to accommodate the additional guests while also informing you that you are overbooking that specific spot.
Steps on how to reschedule a booking:
- Locate the booking you want to reschedule, click on it and select the Edit Booking button
- From the drop-down menu that appears, select the updated date and time and click the Save Changes button
- Your booking has now been rescheduled. If an email has been provided, your guests will receive an updated confirmation email noting the date and/or time change.
Please note that you can reschedule bookings up to 7 days after the scheduled booking start time.
