Digital Tickets with QR Codes are a feature that AnyRoad offers. They are ideal for large events and experiences where you are expecting a high volume of visitors.
To check in guests using QR codes, you will need to download and install the AnyRoad iOS Frontdesk app, which is available for iOS devices at the Apple Store.
When Digital Tickets are enabled, visitors will receive a link to access their Admission Tickets in the confirmation email. Please see an example below:
Each Digital Ticket includes a summary of the booking along with a unique QR Code that can be scanned directly from guests' mobile devices and/or printouts.
Visitors with Apple devices will also have the option to download it as an Apple Wallet ticket.
- If a booking is canceled or has already expired, the QR code shows up as inactive.
- Digital Tickets added to an Apple Wallet will show up on the device's home screen on the day of the experience.
- Digital Tickets can be used on any scheduled experience. However, please keep in mind that they cannot be applied to Invoices or Custom Bookings added via the dashboard.
